B.PHARMCandidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the H.S.C(std.XII) examination of Maharshtra State Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subject English,Physics,Chemistry abd Biology/Mathematics and secured minimum 50% marks i.e. not less than 150
marks out of 300 marks(minimum 45% marks i.e less than 135 out of 300 marks in case of candidate of Backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects physics,chemistry and biology /mathematics added together.Common entrance test conducted by Mahrashtra state goverment (MHCET) is mandatory for seeking admission for seeking admission to the course.
Duration of course : Degree in Pharmacy shall be of (4) Four year.
Eligibility for Admission
For Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra state candidate:
Applicant who has passed the Diploma Course in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) with minimum 60% marks (minimum eligibility) from the institution reconzied by pharmacy council of India. Securing 60% marks or does not mean that the admission is guaranteed because seats are allotted in order of merit list of D. Pharm and number of seats are available in this institute for S. Y. B. Pharm depending upon first year B. Pharm result.
Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities
Training and placement cell
Contact sessions are conducted by principal and faculty for preparing the students for placement in reputed pharmaceutical industries. The placement cell of the institute work actively for campus recruitment of students in various pharmaceutical and aligned organizations.
All the faculty members are actively involved in conducting additional lectures series for the students who are appearing for GATE examination (special guidance GRE/TOEFL/IELTS). In order to go for higher studies, abroad special guidance is given to the students for said competitive examinations. Eminent personalities from industries and academics are invited for guest lectures and seminars in order to keep the students abreast with latest knowledge and developments in pharmaceutical field
